Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or email does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Price, availability, route, pickup, inclusions and operating conditions must be confirmed for the specific request.

Operator services

Trips may be operated by independent travel operators identified on the relevant page or booking request. Their current operating rules, safety procedures, cancellation terms and service conditions may apply to the service they provide.

Prices

SamuiWeave will not intentionally present an unverified rate as live. Where a price is shown, the applicable date, group details, inclusions and operator conditions still matter. A final amount is not confirmed until it is communicated as confirmed for the request.

Travel conditions

Marine trips and other activities can change because of weather, sea conditions, safety decisions, government restrictions or operator decisions. Information on the site is useful planning context and should be checked again when timing or safety is material.
